We, the Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government, would like to acknowledge the role of Elders and the guidance you provide to our governing processes.  From your teachings, we learn about the history of our land, water and resources.  From your wisdom and our Mi’gmaw language, we learn how to conduct ourselves with pride, respect and honour for all Listuguj members.

The Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government also acknowledges the youth of our community.  You are the next generation; we are inspired by your curiosity, creativity, and energy.
